Our practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, software licensing and intellectual property litigation for both high-technology clients and individual entrepreneurs. We have advised clients on general corporate matters, served as Patent Counsel for a large companies and served as General Counsel for two companies. However, we specialize in patent-related matters with a particular emphasis on electronics, artificial intelligence, computer technology, including both hardware and software, and in telecommunications. Mr. DeLeon has also taught Intellectual Property, International Intellectual Property and Advocacy courses at local law schools. We also advises universities as well as companies on strategic patent prosecution for litigation and licensing opportunities.
